Product Owner Loyalty Programs (m/f/d)
Your previous course
- Completed studies in the field of marketing/communication, IT, e-commerce or training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) and/or many years of professional experience in a comparable position
- Experience in e-commerce, IT project management and portal development
- High affinity for the digitalization of business processes and CM systems
- Commercial flair and technical understanding of new digital technologies and trends
- Analytical, technical and conceptual skills
- Structured, proactive and KPI-oriented way of working with an agile mindset
- Very good command of English and confident in using MS Office 365
- Strong communication skills, creativity, ability to work in a team and flexibility
Your destination
- Participation in the planning, organization, implementation and tracking of the AIDA Club program on land and on board as well as project management for its technical development/relaunch
- Further technical development of the travel agent loyalty program, development and implementation of automated B2B loyalty campaigns as well as regular success monitoring and derivation of measures
- Development of automated loyalty dialog concepts for an individual and targeted approach to customers and sales partners
- Further development of the club websites and dialogue advertising media with regard to automation, personalization and digitalization
- Management of interdisciplinary product development teams
- Responsibility for maintaining and prioritizing backlogs and sprint planning
- Support in the day-to-day business of the AIDA Club and EXPIclub
