Your Job

The Stage is yours! As part of the entertainment team, you provide entertainment of the extra class and provide for unforgettable Gänsehautmomente:

• Implementation and quality control of the shows in the playhouse to be led
• Organization and flow direction of different formats (möglichst show caller-Tä
• Evening performance and rehearsal management, coordination of technical & musical requirements and Überblick of choreo/artistry and costüm
• Supervision and guidance of the involved Künstler, Techniker und Dresser während des Showbetriebs
• Stage Management
• Künstlerische Erarbeitung und Umsetzung von Zusatzformaten
• Verantwortung für sauberkeit und Ordnung in der Spielstätte und ihrem Backstage Bereich
• Administrative Aufgaben und Reporting
• Enge Zusammenarbeit im Entertainment Management- und Supervisor-Team

Your Course & Talents

This is what you bring on board:

• Education or studies in one of the following fields: Event management, directing, dramaturgy or cultural management
• Experience in directing (assistant), artist/company management, evening play & rehearsal management
• High understanding for the intertwining of structure and creativity
• Understanding for;r the interaction of all trades in show operations
• Experience in the planning and implementation of events and show formats
• Experience in stage management advantageous
• Experience in the field of live TV advantageous
• Very good German and English skills (spoken and written)
• Very good computer skills (MS Office u..a.)
