Advice for customers and interested parties
Planning, development, preparation and organization of analogue, hybrid and virtual events in the business & event area at Tivoli, with a focus on congresses and conferences
Negotiating with clients and customers
Coordinating dates and booking events
Preparation of offers and contracts
Coordinating all external service providers involved in the project
Supervision of events as head of service
Follow-up and billing of events
Administrative tasks, system and data maintenance
Collaboration in project groups
Your qualifications
Qualification:
> You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Tourism or Event Management (or comparable) or
> You can prove that you are currently enrolled in such a course and have successfully completed training as an event or tourism manager or a comparable profession and have at least 3 years of professional experience or
> You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as an event or tourism manager or a comparable profession.
You also have:
You have at least 1-2 years of professional experience in event organization
very good handling of MS Office products
strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a team
high resilience, initiative, independence, flexibility with reliable time management, high methodological competence and strong customer orientation
Communication skills and persuasiveness
Knowledge of safety-relevant aspects at events
Ability to network systematically
goal-oriented, structured and entrepreneurial way of working
high level of flexibility and willingness to work weekends and evenings
Foreign language skills are desirable, business fluent written and spoken English is essential
Knowledge of the „Momentus“ event software and CAD software is desirable
