Project Manager Gastronomy Concepts (m/f/d)
Your previous course
- Successfully completed vocational training in the hospitality industry, ideally with a background in business administration
- Experience in management positions in the hospitality industry, ideally on board cruise ships
- Proven leadership qualities of project-related teams in changing constellations
- Very good knowledge of English and German and confident in using MS Office 365
- Ability to work in a team, flexibility, solution-oriented approach and strong communication skills
Your destination
- Coordination of all interdisciplinary and culinary projects across the F&B department, adhering to timelines and project objectives
- Developing new restaurant, bar and food concepts with a focus on brand identity, guest experience and operational feasibility
- Contact person for all internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth project execution
- Creation of SOPs, blueprints and visual documents for replicability of the concepts on other ships
- Ensuring the operational functionality of new concepts, including trips to the shipyard and support during commissioning
