This is what awaits you on your journey with us:
- Responsibility for the smooth running of storekeeping in close cooperation with the Hotel Manager
- Coordination of the goods and service requirements of the hotel operation with the defined Storing Schedule
- Responsibility and control of all inventories in the main stores, including food, beverages and materials
- Analyzing and controlling the commission budget and calculating the consumption of the departments
- Professional and disciplinary management of your team of up to 10 crew members
- Contract duration of your first assignment: 4 months, subsequent follow-up contracts possible
Your course & your talents
What you bring on board:
- Completed training in the hotel industry or commercial training
- Several years of professional experience in the F&B sector, ideally as a commission master, if possible on board a cruise ship
- Strong understanding of business management – especially merchandise management
- Ability to work within budget and to present and analyze economic targets
- Leadership personality with the ability to lead your team professionally and disciplinary
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Very good IT skills (including MS Office, Fidelio MMS, Rescom, Crunchtime)
