What awaits you on your journey with us:

• In consultation with the Maitre d'Hotel you are responsible for the operational business of all bars on board.
• In addition, you are the first point of contact for your bar team and create the duty rosters.
• You are responsible for ordering goods, inventory and control of all spirits in the ship’s own inventory control system.
• You are responsible for the co-organization of various events (eg BBQs, pool parties, theater performances).
• During the service times you show presence in the bars and are the first point of contact for your guests and your team.
• Contract duration of your 1st contract: 3 – 6 months (gladly also after individual agreement)

This is what you bring on board:

• Education in the (upscale) restaurant or hotel sector as well as experience as a bartender, public room manager or banquet manager with bar expertise
• A broad knowledge über cocktails, wines and spirits, which you also like to share
• Organizational talent with Füleadership
• Tolerable, reliable and motivated personality with hands-on mentality
• Groomed appearance and excellent manners
• Very good German & good English skills
• Knowledgeable handling of MS Office applications
