The KIT Guest Lecturer House offers 45 residential units consisting of one- and two-bed rooms, two-roomapartments, and a three-roomapartment. It is located on the Universittsgelde between Karlsruhe city center and the Schlosspark and is available to national and international guests of KIT.
As a Receptionist, your responsibilities will include the entire reservation processing, from taking bookings and handling correspondence to check-in and check-out, including invoicing. During the stay of our guests you will be their contact person for all questions
In addition, you will take care of the billing, coordinate the cleaning of the rooms and manage the material stock. Furthermore, you support in the planning and execution of events.
We expect a completed training as a hotelclerk (f/m/d). Also if you have a comparable education with experience in the field of reception/guest relations, we would like to get to know you. We expect knowledge in the use of the common MS Office programs and hotel software as well as a friendly, obliging appearance and a very good ability to express yourself in German and English. Other foreignlanguagesskills are an advantage.
