Your job
This is what awaits you on your journey with us:
- Your field of activity covers both reception and guest care. called Guest Service. You will report to the Guest Service Manager.
- As a guest service employee, you are the first point of contact at reception for answering various guest inquiries.
- Administrative tasks, including preparing reports, ship logs, etc. as well as assisting with guest arrivals and departures
- Organizing ship tours and special activities, including shuffleboard and bingo
- Advising and enthusing guests about the services offered on board and in the various destinations
- Contract duration of your first assignment: 5-6 months, subsequent follow-up contracts possible
- Your promotion will be based on your availability in connection with the scheduling on board and is generally possible all year round on any day of the month.
Your course & your talents
What you bring on board:
- Qualified training in the hotel, catering or tourism industry
- several years of professional experience at reception or in guest service
- Team player with a talent for coordination and a sense of responsibility
- High service orientation
- Very good German and good English skills
- Very good IT skills
