• Organization and coordination of the entire scheduling in the Body & Soul area
• Friendly, knowledgeable and individual product advice and sales of spa treatments and products (brands: La Ric, Couleur Caramel, Thalgo, Pharmos Natur)
• Ensuring guest satisfaction and quality assurance
• Actively responding to guest wishes
• Extensive training in the spa, fitness and hairdressing area
• Career in the spa: über Spa Supervisor to Spa Manager possible

• Education as well as several years of professional experience in the field of spa and wellness, ideally in the wellness hotel industry
• Good German and English skills and a confident handling of MS Office, ideally Fidelio Spa
• A high service and sales orientation, a positive charisma, sovereignty and communication skills
• A sense of responsibility and independent working
