Your tasks
First contact and business card of the company at the customer reception desk
Processing of daily mail (incoming and outgoing) and delivery of goods
Professional support for our visitors, customers and business partners (in person, in writing and by telephone)
Registration of visitors for the Academy
Your qualifications
Completed vocational training in the hotel industry or several years of professional experience in a comparable position
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
Basic computer skills
First aider training
Reliability, friendliness and respect are among your values
Above all – customer orientation and enjoyment in dealing with visitors
