Receptionist / Receptionist (m/f/d) full-time
Your tasks:
- Contact person for our guests in the hotel, beer garden and restaurant
- Ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out
- Control and active participation in compliance with service and quality standards
- Managing the early and late shifts independently after six months
- Responsibility for reception and guest care
- Processing and responding to reservation enquiries
- Responsibility for the smooth running of our reservations department
- Responsibility for the maintenance and control of data in the reservation systems, taking into account the GDPR
- Recording and post-processing reservations in our Protel hotel system
- Complaint, conflict and complaint management
- Advising guests on all questions and concerns
- Quotes, reservations and correspondence with guests
- For early service: daily closing, simple administrative activities
Prerequisites:
- Preferred: completed training or experience in the hotel industry
- Reception experience is an advantage
- Confident written and spoken German
- Written and spoken English skills required
- Strong guest orientation
- Groomed appearance and always friendly demeanor with all guests
- Collegiality and ability to work in a team
- Willingness to provide service, also on Sundays and public holidays
- Independent work, sense of responsibility and reliability
- Confident handling of the common MS Office programs
