Receptionist (W/M) 100%

Your duties:

• Processing check in and check out
• Supporting the guests
• Accepting reservations and reservation correspondence
• Cashier management and audit
• Debit preparation and filing
• Commission auditing

This is what we want from you:

• Ideally a completed hotel management training
• It is desirable to already have first experience in an equivalent position preferably in the hotel industry
• Negotiation skills, independent work and commitment characterize you
• Good manners and a sympathetic and professional appearance
• Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
• Very good knowledge of MS Office applications
• Friendliness, motivation, reliability and a service mindset round out your profile
