Your tasks

Our new reservation center for Premier Inn, Germany’s fastest growing hotel chain, is located in the heart of Cologne. Here, together with the team, you can become the first point of contact for our guests when it comes to reservation requests for over 50 hotels in 30 locations. Discover all that our unique hotels have to offer by joining us as a Reservations Agent (gn). Use your customer service skills to provide our guests with a fantastic experience during the booking process – whether you’re assisting them over the phone or via email.
Make a good first impression: You will guide our guests through the booking process efficiently and informatively over the phone. In this way, you will intercept any queries straight away and ensure that our guests feel well looked after.
Process individual inquiries: You will process a wide range of inquiries from our German and English-speaking guests by email.
Data entry of guest information: You will ensure accurate entry of all information relevant to our guests‘ arrival in our system (Opera & CCUI).

Your qualifications

Practical experience: As a reservation or front office agent at a hotel reception, you know what efficient and guest-oriented service means. Or you are a career changer, have an affinity for service and have already worked in a call center.
Language skills: You are fluent in German and have a good command of written and spoken English.
Personality: Our teams are the ultimate people pleasers and your positive attitude helps to ensure that our guests want to book with us again at any time. You keep a cool head in stressful situations and can work independently.
Digital skills: You have knowledge of Word and Outlook and can quickly find your way around new systems. Ideally, you have already worked with Opera.


Remuneration: 2600,00 – 3000,00EUR gross per month
