• As a restaurant manager, you will lead the entire service area in the Schwarzer Hahn restaurant (awarded 1 star Michelin / 17 points Gault Millau) with drive and joy and will be the first point of contact for our guests and employees
• We entrust you with the permanent and professional training of the service team
