- You’ll take on the operational and organizational management of our restaurant.
- You’ll lead, motivate, and develop your team and foster a positive work environment.
- Together with your team, you’ll ensure the highest standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.
- You’ll be responsible for staff scheduling and ensuring efficient workflows.
- You’ll monitor key business metrics and actively contribute to the restaurant’s financial success.

- You serve as the point of contact for your employees and foster an open and respectful work environment.
What you bring to the table
- Good written and spoken German skills (at least C1 level) to ensure confident and professional communication with guests and employees.
- You have leadership experience, ideally in the restaurant industry, chain restaurants, or retail.
- You have strong organizational skills and can maintain a clear overview even in challenging situations.
- You enjoy leading, motivating, and developing people.
- You think like an entrepreneur and are eager to take on responsibility.
- You stand out for your strong communication skills, reliability, and solution-oriented approach to work.
- You have high standards for quality, service, and guest satisfaction.
