If you can keep calm in stressful situations and make “fine dining” in the evening an experience for our guests as your main task, we look forward to welcoming you to our team.

TASK

• Responsible for a team of approximately 40 employees
• Duty rostering and vacation planning for the entire restaurant team as well as bar and pool bistro
• Comprehensive advice and support for our demanding clientele
• Cash register system Tipos
• Creating table plans and assigning service staff
• Greeting and placing our guests
• Co-responsible for hiring and onboarding new employees
• Conducting employee interviews and holding meetings
• Ordering and requisitioning goods
• Inventories
