Your Job
Here’s what you can expect on your journey with us:
- Under the guidance of the restaurant manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that everything runs smoothly in your service area, which consists of several service stations.
- Scheduling, orienting, training, and motivating the assigned servers and senior servers, with appropriate documentation
- Briefing your team on the respective menu
- Being present in the assigned restaurant during service hours
- Serving as the point of contact for guests regarding suggestions, ideas, and feedback on service
- Contract duration for your first assignment: 5–6 months; subsequent contracts are possible
- Your start date will be based on your availability in conjunction with the on-board staffing schedule and is generally possible year-round.
- Current assignments starting in fall/winter 2026
Your Course & Your Talents
Here’s what you bring to the table:
- You have completed training in the hotel or restaurant industry and/or have several years of professional experience, e.g., as a restaurant manager.
- When your guests and your team have questions, it’s important to you that you can answer them competently.
- You’re only satisfied when you feel that your guests have had a truly wonderful evening.
- You’re reliable and resilient, and you’re comfortable thinking outside the box.
- Organizing things on your own comes naturally to you, yet you’re also a true team player.
- As a communications professional, you have very good German skills and good English skills.
