Rooms Division Manager (STARS) *

You will be happy to take on these tasks:

• Independently leading and managing the front office department including group reservations
• Management, training and motivation of the team
• Coordinating and ensuring the smooth running of the front office and compliance with all standards
• MOD services and representation in group reservations
• Participation in revenue and forecast meetings
• Complaint management
• Effective handling of special guest requests and challenges
• Responsibility for cash management and debtor control
• Ensuring the correct handling of the franchisor’s bonus systems
• Contact person for the front office team, duty roster planning; vacation plan planning
• Carry out all administrative tasks at the front and in the back office safely and independently
• active communication flow between all departments of our company
• Collaboration at the front office in operational business if necessary
• Handling guest correspondence
