Your tasks

* You are responsible for monitoring and processing incoming bookings in the
CRS
* Independent BSP ticketing and billing are part of your daily tasks

* You are responsible for processing special requests and flight time changes

* You will also be responsible for administrative tasks

Your qualifications

* You have completed vocational training in tourism with
several years of professional experience in the field of flight purchasing
* You are confident in dealing with fare structures and ticketing
a matter of course
* Do you have very good knowledge of IATA and CRS? Great!
* We expect a cost-conscious and goal-oriented way of working
as well as very good MS Office skills
* Very good negotiating skills, assertiveness and analytical
analytical thinking is a must for this position

Our company headquarters at Duisburg’s inner harbor is easily accessible: You can reach us by car in around 3 minutes from the A59 (Duissern exit) and it takes around 15 minutes to walk from the main train station.
