We are looking for you at the earliest possible date as
Gastronomic area manager / operations manager (m/f/d) for restaurant and leisure operations
Your tasks:
- Management and operational management of two restaurants: a sauna restaurant and a self-service restaurant.
- Coordination and management of the outdoor pool kiosk, including personnel management and merchandise management.
- Planning and organization of the gastronomic offer, as well as ensuring compliance with hygiene and quality standards.
- Responsibility for staff rosters and schedules as well as their further development and training.
- Planning staff requirements, including recruitment, induction and regular staff deployment planning.
- Monitoring and optimization of operational processes and ensuring smooth day-to-day business.
- Budget planning, cost control and preparation of sales and target figures in close coordination with the management.
- Implementation of marketing measures to increase guest satisfaction and promote the gastronomic offer.
- Developing and implementing concepts for the further development of the gastronomic area in conjunction with the sauna and outdoor pool.
That qualifies you:
- You have training or a comparable qualification in a specialist area (e.g. kitchen, service or guest relations)
- You have sound experience in guest service
- You are familiar with the common Microsoft Office programs as a matter of course
- You have strong creative and conceptual skills
- Very good written and spoken German and French skills
- Experience in the creation of products is desirable
- Planning and implementation of optimization measures
- Participation in budget preparation and implementation
- Management and creation of operational procedures, rosters and personnel planning, merchandise or inventory management, as well as resource planning
- Ensuring and maintaining the highest standards and quality assurance measures
