Your tasks in daily business

  • Planning and management of the entire sales process from acquisition to contract conclusion
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to develop new market potential and increase market share
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key customers and decision-makers at C-level
  • Creating and presenting customized offers, presentations and calculations for strategically important customers
  • Conducting and monitoring market and competitive analysis to identify market trends and business opportunities
  • Responsibility for internal and external project management, including coordination between different departments
  • Ensuring effective use and maintenance of the CRM system to increase efficiency and accuracy in the sales process
  • Representing the company at trade fairs, conferences and other industry events

You have these qualifications

  • Completed studies in business administration, economics or a comparable qualification, ideally with a focus on sales or marketing
  • Multiple years of professional experience in sales
  • Strong analytical and strategic skills to identify and exploit business potential
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, combined with a high level of persuasiveness
  • Strong customer orientation and a pronounced willingness to provide service
  • High interpersonal skills, empathy and the ability to maintain and develop long-term customer relationships
  • Structured, independent and precise way of working, even in stressful situations and under time pressure
  • Willingness to travel within the country
  • Very good MS Office skills and extensive experience in working with CRM systems
  • Class B driver's license
