More joie de vivre for older people! We work towards this every day – throughout Munich. In our 9 retirement and nursing homes and 5 senior citizens‘ residences, as well as with comprehensive home and day-care services, we offer competent and reliable care and support wherever it is needed.
Around 3,000 senior citizens are at home with us – with or without care needs. It is important to us that you live with us as independently as possible. At the same time, we pay attention to proximity and continuity of service, which we are constantly developing to increase the well-being and satisfaction of our residents and guests.
Your tasks
Arrangement of the buffet (breakfast, dinner)
Setting the table in the restaurant, including appropriate preparations (folding napkins etc.)
Serving lunch in the residents‘ restaurant and rooms
Taking and ordering food and drinks in close cooperation with the kitchen and reception
Assistance with events, including decorative work
Your qualifications
Experience in service
Flexibility for shift times from Monday to Sunday
Openness, patience and empathy in dealing with residents
Strong communication skills
Structured and conscientious way of working
Interest in our diversity-sensitive care, in particular the consideration of sexual, gender and (post-)migrant diversity as well as gender and culturally sensitive awareness
