This is what awaits you on your journey with us:
- Decision-maker and responsible for the entire service process in all 12 restaurants and up to 15 bars
- Direct reporting line to the hotel manager
- Professional and disciplinary management of one of the largest departments on board with up to 200 crew members
- Budget management and ensuring the achievement of sales targets for all specialty restaurants
- overview of all goods orders and inventory for the restaurant and bar area
- Presence in the restaurants and bars during service times
- Contact person for guests for suggestions, proposals and criticism in the service area
- Contract duration of your first assignment: 4 months, subsequent follow-up contracts possible
Your course & your talents
What you bring on board:
- Training in the restaurant or hotel sector as well as several years of professional experience in a management position in gastronomy and on board a cruise ship
- Very good knowledge of gastronomy as well as drinks and wine, which you are happy to pass on to your team
- Leadership personality with the ability to lead and motivate a team in a professional and disciplinary manner
- Well-groomed appearance and excellent manners
- Very good German and good English skills
- Familiar with Office applications
