The Campus Kottenforst has been the new learning location of the Academy for International Cooperation (AIZ) of GIZ since 2018. It offers teaching, learning and accommodation facilities for GIZ employees and external customers. As an international company, the clientele is correspondingly intercultural and diverse. The offer ranges from planning and innovation workshops to preparatory courses abroad and specific competence development courses. Our main task is to ensure a pleasant stay and a smooth running of our services. As a service manager, customer experience and satisfaction are your top priorities. The field of work of the group properties Bonn-Röttgen includes all property services, from the dialogue with users (training guests and trainers), über the close cooperation with the conference management of our academy to the provision of all technical, infrastructural and commercial services für the own buildings at the site.
