The Campus Kottenforst has been the new learning location of the Academy for International Cooperation (AIZ) of GIZ since 2018. It offers teaching, learning and accommodation facilities for GIZ employees and external customers. As an international company, the clientele is correspondingly intercultural and diverse. The offer ranges from planning and innovation workshops to preparatory courses abroad and specific competence development courses. Our main task is to ensure a pleasant stay and a smooth running of our services. As a service manager, customer experience and satisfaction are your top priorities. The field of work of the group properties Bonn-Röttgen includes all property services, from the dialogue with users (training guests and trainers), über the close cooperation with the conference management of our academy to the provision of all technical, infrastructural and commercial services für the own buildings at the site.

Your tasks
- Recording and processing feedback from internal colleagues as well as external clients, trainers, guests
- Monitoring the task interfaces of our various seminar room services
- Controlling and developing the property services for the site’s 40 seminar rooms
- Customer dialogue with the internal colleagues of the conference management of our academy as well as the external trainers
- Coordination with the process managers of the properties that control the purchased services (cleaning, catering, room equipment)
- Expert support of tenders for facility services
Your profile
- College degree in facility or hospitality management, or equivalent knowledge
- Many years, preferably acquired in Germany, including professional experience, e.g. in the field of conference hotel, educational center, tourism, event management or comparable industries
- Strong service orientation
- High sense of responsibility, strong communication skills and a proactive approach
- High performance and commitment, flexibility, teamwork
- Very good PC user skills (especially MS- Office, CAD as well as CAFM)
- Knowledge of German and good English
