Your Responsibilities
Ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the business is one of your most important responsibilities
You are responsible for personnel management and leadership during your shift
The training and professional development of your employees fall within your area of responsibility
You are responsible for handling customer complaints
You will prepare the financial statements and daily reports
You will support your store management (with administrative tasks)
You will ensure that goods are received and ordered properly
Your Qualifications
Professional experience in a comparable role with relevant experience in managing staff
A hospitable personality with all the qualities that go along with it: a communicative, personable manner, flexible organizational skills, a passion for working independently, and the motivation to roll up your sleeves and get to work
Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to lead employees effectively: a strong understanding of business and organizational matters, coupled with a willingness to take on responsibility
