Your Responsibilities
Coordinating the overall planning and organization of an upscale à la carte or buffet restaurant
Ensuring flawless preparation, quality, and appealing presentation of dishes in accordance with our high quality standards
Planning, leading, and motivating an international team
Overseeing the ordering and storage of goods, as well as food cost management
Advising guests regarding food intolerances or allergies
Responsible for the proper implementation of our hygiene, environmental, and safety standards
Your Qualifications
Completed vocational training as a chef, ideally with additional training as a head chef, and verifiable professional and leadership experience in a hotel or restaurant kitchen
Knowledge of HACCP and food intolerances
Very good English skills and proficiency with MS Office
Strong service and guest orientation, poise, and a sense of responsibility
