Your tasks – what you can look forward to:
- Overall responsibility for the 360° Murgtal Sky SPA (including SKY infinity pool, panorama sauna, indoor aroma world) and the Burgfels SPA with saunas, relaxation areas and treatment rooms
- Active collaboration in the cabin, including carrying out treatments and applications
- Personal care of all spa guests in all areas
- Management, motivation and professional development of the spa team (therapists, beauticians, service staff)
- Planning and coordination of all treatment and deployment plans for massages, baths, beauty treatments, soft packs, hammam, Ayurveda, private spa and much more
- Ensuring the highest quality and hygiene standards across all spa areas
- Working closely with reception, housekeeping, kitchen and management to ensure smooth processes
- Developing and implementing new wellness concepts and seasonal specials
- Planning and implementation of spa events and special treatments (e.g. day spa, aroma rituals, private spa packages)
Your profile – what you need:
- Completed training in the field of wellness, spa, hotel management or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in a managerial role in the spa or wellness sector
- Strong leadership skills, organizational talent and innovative spirit in wellness concepts
- Passion for holistic wellness and the highest quality of service
- Well-groomed appearance, diplomatic demeanor and strong communication skills
- Very good knowledge of German and English; other languages advantageous
