- In this position, you will manage and organize the entire SPA & Sports area with 33 – 43 crew members.
- Professional and disciplinary management of the entire team (fitness, reception, therapists, etc.).
- Development and implementation of innovative SPA concepts and treatment offers.
- Supporting and advising our guests for a holistic wellness experience on board
- Quality assurance and compliance with high service standards.
- overview of inventory and goods orders in the ship’s own inventory management system as well as regular checks on the maintenance of the rooms and equipment.
- Various administrative activities and reporting.
- Contract duration of your first assignment: 4 months, subsequent follow-up contracts possible
What you bring on board:
- Completed training in the hotel sector or in a specialist area of SPA & Sport (cosmetics, massage or fitness) ideally initial experience as a SPA Manager or SPA Supervisor.
- Professional and industry experience in the specialist area, ship experience desirable.
- Passion for modern SPA trends, team leadership and holistic well-being.
- Leadership personality with the ability to lead and motivate a team in professional and disciplinary terms.
- Organizational talent with entrepreneurial thinking and high service orientation.
- Excellent manners and well-groomed appearance.
- Very good IT skills in Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Very good written and spoken German and English.
