  • Your heroic support is needed in many entrepreneurial activities
  • You independently handle administrative organizing tasks like a true everyday savior and actively follow up on topics until completion
  • Your superpowers include, among others the coordination of department-relevant topics, processes, appointments, calendar maintenance and the tracking of internal projects within the specialist departments
  • The participation in heroic preparations, creation and review of documents and the creation of appealing documents for meetings, presentations, meeting templates and summaries
  • As a sidekick, you accompany our managing director in courageous battles of meetings, take minutes and take over the coordination of upcoming to-dos
