Here’s what you can expect on your journey with us:
- In this role, you’ll manage the Permanent Make-up and More store aboard Mein Schiff 6 and serve as the primary point of contact for guests and your small team.
- You’ll coordinate appointments, organize the daily schedule, and ensure everything runs smoothly in the store.
- You’ll be responsible for product display, visual merchandising, and implementing sales promotions.
- Quality assurance and adherence to high service standards.
- Various administrative tasks and reporting.
- Close collaboration with the crew and their points of contact on board, as well as with Riso headquarters.
- Before you start, you’ll complete a two-day training program at Riso Cooperation GmbH.
- Contract duration for your first assignment: 4 months, with the possibility of subsequent contracts.
Your Course & Your Talents
What you bring to the table:
- Completed training in the hospitality, cosmetology, or business fields
- Several years of professional experience, including experience working on board a cruise ship, ideally with leadership experience
- You are reliable, resilient, and able to stay calm even in stressful situations.
- A natural leader with the ability to guide and motivate a team both professionally and in terms of discipline.
- Excellent manners and a well-groomed appearance.
- Organizational skills combined with an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong service orientation.
- Good computer skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Very good German and good English skills.
