The German Hotel and Restaurant Association (DEHOGA Bundesverband) is currently seeking a
The DEHOGA Bundesverband is the strong voice of the hotel and restaurant industry in Germany and, with more than 60,000 members, is one of the country’s most important employers’ associations. We represent the interests of local hospitality businesses in dealings with policymakers, the media, and the public.
Your responsibilities on the DEHOGA team:
You will coordinate the technical, strategic, and organizational tasks for our members in the various DEHOGA industry segments, such as chain restaurants, nightclubs, catering, and institutional food service
You serve as the point of contact for industry-specific topics and trends, and present them in a way that is both well-conceived and tailored to the target audience
You serve as the service-oriented point of contact for member companies
You monitor, analyze, and evaluate political developments
You prepare the agenda for committee meetings
You manage the member database and the association’s statistical data
Our technical requirements:
You have successfully completed a degree in a relevant field such as business administration, economics, social sciences, or similar.
You have some professional experience and can grasp and analyze complex issues
You understand political processes and recognize economic interrelationships
You are self-motivated, process-oriented, and flexible in your thinking
You are proficient in using MS Office applications
