Your tasks
Managing the entire cleaning team (technical and disciplinary)
Creating and constantly updating duty and vacation schedules – in collaboration with your team
Representing the Head of Service/Housekeeping in their absence for the „Cleaning“ area
Close, trusting communication with our specialist departments, wards and hygiene specialists
Active participation in the daily cleaning tasks in all cleaning areas
Compliance with, implementation and monitoring of quality, hygiene and occupational safety regulations
Participation in site inspections
Managing the cleaning agent warehouse and procuring cleaning and care products and cleaning equipment
Commissioning repair/maintenance work, e.g. for washing machines
Regularly checking the cleaning schedules
Managing the employee lockers
Managing the occupancy, cleaning and, if necessary, laundry supply of the HGZ company apartments
Your qualifications
Completed vocational training, ideally in housekeeping, building cleaning or similar.
Sound experience and high professional competence in building cleaning – desirable in the hospital sector
Several years of management experience
Strong communication skills and service orientation
Organizational skills and independence
Very good written and spoken German
Reliable IT skills and experience with a duty roster program
