Your tasks
Management and motivation of a team of up to 8 employees in self-service catering
Responsibility for sales stands with a focus on confectionery, ice cream, snacks and classic fairground products
Planning and implementation of gastronomic events such as theme weeks, seasonal promotions and special formats
Active involvement in day-to-day business – you lend a hand!
Ordering and goods management from the central warehouse
Preparatory staff deployment planning
Ensuring smooth operations and compliance with our service and product standards
Close cooperation with the management and implementation of operational specifications
Your qualifications
Experience in gastronomy or system catering – ideally with initial management experience
Knowledge of personnel management, merchandise management and quality management
Enthusiasm for showroom culture, event catering and creative sales formats
Structured, solution-oriented and independent way of working
High level of service and customer orientation
Willingness to work at weekends and on public holidays
