You are happy to take on these tasks:
- Management of the technical team
- Independently identifying defects and carrying out all repair and maintenance work in the building and outdoor facilities
- Technical monitoring, active inspection and maintenance of the technical systems and thus ensuring trouble-free operation
- Monitoring and adhering to maintenance intervals
- Coordinating and monitoring the personnel deployed in the building on behalf of external companies
- Coordinating all manual work in the building with other departments
- Compliance with legal regulations on safety, occupational health and safety, fire protection and operation of technical equipment
- Maintenance of outdoor facilities and winter service

Aimed at business travelers, event organizers and trade fair visitors, the hotel has 166 modern rooms. The hotel restaurant “Greenfields” impresses with its local, regional food concept.
