Your Responsibilities
Would you like to inspire our customers with breathtaking travel destinations or simply plan a little getaway? For us, MOBILITY means not only getting around on the road, on the water, or in the air, but also safety, personal growth, and the opportunity to make a difference as part of a great team!
You’ll inspire and advise our customers on vacation destinations around the world and actively sell a wide range of travel-related services.
In addition, you’ll assist our members and customers with ADAC membership, member benefits, and questions related to mobility.
You’ll also proactively recommend ADAC insurance and financial services based on their needs and offer personalized services and products related to ADAC membership.
Your Qualifications
You have completed an apprenticeship as a travel agent or tourism specialist, or in a business-related field.
You enjoy working with people, are highly service-oriented, and have a strong aptitude for needs-based sales.
In addition, you possess in-depth knowledge of the industry, products, and destination regions.
You are passionate about mobility-related topics and interested in insurance and financial services.
