This is what awaits you on your journey with us:
- Active participation in the personnel development and career planning of all crew members
- Interface between the HR Manager on board and the Training & Development team ashore
- Administrative activities such as planning, organization and reporting
- Conducting training on board – basic training for the entire crew, as well as leadership training
- Establishing a relationship of mutual trust and transparent communication with the crew members on board, including via the crew app
- Co-responsible for all activities of the Crew Welfare Committee
- Contract duration of your first assignment: 4-5 months, subsequent follow-up contracts possible
Your course & your talents
What you bring on board:
- at least 2 years of professional experience in the field of training & development
- Further training in the field of training, coaching necessary (business coaching desirable)
- Empathic, positive, engaging and self-confident personality
- Assertiveness, flexibility and organizational talent
- Strong communication skills (also in front of larger groups), team spirit and role model function
- Very good IT skills
- Very good knowledge of German and English
