Your Job
Here's what you can expect on your trip with us:
- A representative and point of contact for questions regarding all services booked through TUI Cruises
- Highest authority for complaint management on board; handling of complaints
- Responsible for organizing and executing passenger changeover days in collaboration with all relevant departments on board and ashore at sea chefs and TUI Cruises
- Responsibility and decision-making authority for all work and service processes in the area of onboard tour guiding
- Sales, consultation, reservations, and booking of new voyages, including related promotional activities
- Development, refinement, and implementation of new strategies and sales promotion measures
- Support for fellow passengers and bereaved family members, as well as organizational assistance during medical emergencies
- Contract duration for your first assignment: 4 months; subsequent contracts are possible
Your Course & Your Talents
What you bring to the table:
- Leadership skills and strong communication skills, as well as the ability to motivate employees
- Completed vocational training or a degree with a focus on tourism
- Several years of professional experience in the tourism industry
- Experience in a similar position is desirable
- Excellent organizational skills
- High stress tolerance and a commitment to providing excellent service to guests and crew members
- Experience in complaint management and guest relations/customer service in the tourism industry
- Experience working aboard cruise ships is a plus
- Excellent manners and a friendly, confident demeanor
- Good computer skills (MS Office) and familiarity with reservation systems (e.g., TOMA / Amadeus) are a plus
