The on-board TV studios of our fleet of ships each have a Blackmagic live control room as well as at least three remote cameras and a video radio link. This is where we produce live broadcasts of the Theatrium program and game shows such as „Who Wants to Be a Millionaire“ and „The Voice of the Ocean“. In addition, the TV teams on board produce a travel movie with Sony FS5 or Sony FX6 cameras for sale to the guests. In addition, there is the production of other on-board film and TV formats.

We are looking for you on board our ships from fall 2025.

TV Studio Manager (m/f/d)

• Degree in media management or a comparable qualification, alternatively many years of professional and management experience as an editorial manager or 1st production manager
• Several years of experience in managing and leading teams
• Confident handling of the Windows operating system and MS Office 365 (Excel, Word, Power Point)
• Very good knowledge of German and English
• Sense of responsibility, goal and solution orientation, strong communication skills and creativity

• Responsibility for the entire studio operation and all productions in our on-board TV studio „Studio X“
• Ensuring smooth, professional broadcasting operations and film production on a daily basis
• Management and planning of employees in the studio, in the broadcasting control room and in post-production
• Responsible for compliance with CI specifications of the license formats
