Your job
This is what awaits you on your journey with us:
- As the Chef de Rang’s right-hand man, you and your team will look after around 30 guests.
- Your precise preparation and follow-up is the perfect basis for professional and attentive service.
- As a host, you will ensure a smooth service flow and cordial guest care in one of the gourmet & specialty restaurants or in one of the first-class bars.
- You accompany guests on their culinary journey, serve exclusive taste experiences or make wine and drink recommendations.
- Duration of your 1st contract: 5 – 6 months (by individual arrangement)
- You can start after individual consultation based on your availability in connection with the work schedule on board and is generally possible all year round.
Your course & your talents
What you bring on board:
- Training in the restaurant/hotel sector or at least 2 years of professional experience, ideally in à la carte service, preferably in upscale gastronomy
- You are reliable, able to work under pressure and have no problem remaining service-oriented even in stressful situations.
- Pleasant and polite manners
- Very well-groomed appearance
- Very good German and good English skills
