We are looking for you as a working student (20 h / week) starting immediately at our location in Rostock.
Working Student IT-Refits & Lifecycle Management (m/f/d)
Your previous course
- Current university or university of applied sciences degree, ideally in the field of business informatics or business administration or a comparable field
- Initial experience in project management and with Service Now desirable
- Very good knowledge of German and English and confident in using MS Office 365
- Strong analytical skills and a high service orientation
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
Your destination
- Working on projects to update and improve the IT infrastructure, including the planning and implementation of refits
- Collecting and evaluating data on IT assets in order to monitor and optimize the life cycle of hardware and software
- Documenting IT assets, including inventory lists and life cycle reports
- Supporting communication and coordination with external service providers and suppliers as part of IT refit projects
- Providing administrative support to the team, including preparing meetings and creating presentations
