Your previous ports of call
- Education in the hotel and catering industry as well as proven professional experience, ideally with an IHK Bartender Diploma
- Sovereignänes appearance, good manners and a very well-groomed appearance
- Very good English skills and a confident handling of MS Office
- A high service and sales orientation, a positive charisma, communication skills, teamwork and Flexibilität
- Professional preparation and mixing of cocktails and drinks according to AIDA standards
- Ensuring a smooth workflow in the work area as well as training and motivating your subordinates to work professionally behind the bar
- Advising guests in the selection of drinks and friendly sales

- Strict adherence to safety, environmental and hygiene guidelines in the area of responsibility
