With a full renovation and upgrade to luxury, and soon to become part of one of the top international hotel chains, the boutique 75-Room Hotel Miramar Barcelona boasts 3 restaurants and bars, full Health & Wellness, event space for up to 300 pax. With unique, breathtaking views of the city and sea port, the Miramar is set to become the leading exclusive destination urban resort in Barcelona.

Ihre Aufgaben

As the Resort General Manager, you have the direct responsibility for the full management, control and improvement of the business, we are searching for an all-rounder power-house in all operational, commercial AND financial levels, with international hotel chain management experience.

Ihre Qualifikationen

You will in addition need these minimum requirements:

+10 years of proven experience as a successful General Manager in 5 Star and Luxury hotels, Urban and Resort
direct experience leading a successful international chain hotel affiliation.
strong sales leadership in successful Product, Market Repositioning and Revenue Management
hands-on team leadership, development and motivation to optimize service levels and staff productivity
exceptional performance driver within the luxury market
a public relations specialist with strong communication and networking skills
impeccable and efficient top level operational execution
proactive control, analysis, reporting and clear communication to ensure efficient owner relations
High level English and Spanish, both written and spoken, other languages a plus.
