Hotel Controller / Warehouse Administration & Systems (m/f/d)
Your previous ports of call
- Training as a hotel management assistant, ideally as a hotel business administrator
- Proven professional experience, preferably in the area of controlling
- Experience in dealing with merchandise management systems desirable
- Ideally HACCP or USPH knowledge
- Very good knowledge of English and confident in using MS Office, especially Excel
- Responsibility and assertiveness

- Responsibility, assertiveness and a confident manner
- Responsibility for ensuring merchandise management processes in accordance with the guidelines in the entire hotel and entertainment sector
- Contact person (super user) for the merchandise management system and taking over the analysis and reporting on deviations from plan
- Planning and &monitoring inventories and carrying out inventory analyses
- Interface between the departments involved on land and participation in travel accounting
