!This is what you can expect on your trip with us:
- Responsibility for the smooth service process in the assigned restaurants on board after consultation with the Service Manager F&B
- Responsible for the administration and ordering of the required beverages and luxury food for the restaurants
- ;for the restaurants
- Technical and disciplinary management of your team
- Presence in the restaurants during service hours
- Contact person for guests for suggestions, proposals and criticism in the service area
- Contract duration of your first assignment: 4 months, subsequent follow-up contracts possible
What you bring on board:
- Training in the restaurant or hotel sector as well as initial professional experience in a management position in the catering industry
- Very good specialist knowledge in the catering sector as well as in beverage and wine knowledge, which you are also happy to pass on to your team
- Füleadership personality with the ability to lead and motivate a team professionally and disciplinary
- Groomed appearance and excellent manners
- Very good German and good English skills
- Familiar with Office applications
