Your Responsibilities

As the Housekeeping Team Leader (m/f/d), you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring first-class guest service and impeccable cleanliness throughout our hotel. As a housekeeping manager, you’ll be responsible for leading and motivating our housekeeping team.
- Responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing daily cleaning activities
- Leading and supporting an inclusive team to foster a positive work atmosphere
- Conducting quality checks and ensuring that guest rooms and public areas meet the highest standards
- Training new employees and supporting their professional development within the team
- Efficiently managing cleaning supplies and resources
Our Requirements
For this responsible position, we are seeking an experienced professional who not only possesses strong leadership skills but also values quality and teamwork. Your qualifications include:
- Experience in a leadership role in housekeeping or a comparable field
- In-depth knowledge of cleaning and hygiene standards
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to motivate and support a diverse team
- Flexibility and the ability to handle pressure, even during peak times
- Basic computer skills for administrative tasks
- Good written and spoken German
