As a modern employer organization, the Baden-Württemberg Hotel and Restaurant Association DEHOGA advocates for the concerns of the hotel and restaurant industry in the state in politics and in public.
DEHOGA has around 12,000 member businesses throughout the state. All types of hospitality businesses are represented, from large hotels to small restaurants, from gourmet restaurants to bars. DEHOGA fights for fair competition, against bureaucracy and unnecessarily high costs for businesses in the hospitality industry. It also promotes the reputation of the sector and promotes training in the catering and hotel industry. As the representative of employers in the hospitality industry, DEHOGA negotiates collective agreements. With its service companies, DEHOGA Baden-Württemberg offers extensive services for businesses in the sector.
