Your tasks:

  • Maintaining existing customers, customer visits
  • Presentation of the hotel at trade fairs and customer events
  • Acquiring new customers
  • Conducting tours of the hotel with interested customers
  • Planning, organizing and implementing sales promotion measures, such as
    Creating mailings with subsequent telemarketing
  • Preparation of offers
  • Customer file maintenance in Fidelio Suite 8 and NextGuest (missing knowledge will be provided)

Your profile:

✓ Have you completed training in the hotel industry or in sales?
✓ You have experience in creating correspondence, mailings, data maintenance, research and statistics?
✓ Do you have a talent for organization and a communicative personality?
✓ Do you have a class B driving license?
