Your Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining relationships with existing clients, client visits
  • Representing the hotel at trade shows and client events
  • Acquiring new clients
  • Conducting hotel tours for interested clients
  • Planning, organizing, and implementing sales promotion activities, such as “
    ” Creating mailings followed by telemarketing
  • Preparing quotes
  • Maintaining customer records in Fidelio Suite 8 and NextGuest (training will be provided if needed)

Your Profile:

  • Completed vocational training in the hospitality industry
  • Professional experience in the described role
  • Confident demeanor when interacting with guests and a naturally friendly disposition
  • Organized and independent work style
  • Proficiency with computers
  • Experience with Fidelio Suite 8 is preferred (any missing knowledge will be gladly provided)
